We offer two ways to order:

1. CATERING (priced per person)
Starts at $22 per person. Includes your choice of smoked meats, two sides, plates, and utensils. Perfect for offices, weddings, and parties where we serve individual portions. Drop-off or full-service available.

2. FAMILY MEALS (priced by the tray — whole meats, not plates)
You get whole smoked meats to share family-style, not individual plates.

• 1-Meat Family Meal – $230 (feeds minimum 6 people)
• 2-Meat Family Meal – $285 (feeds minimum 6 people)
• 3-Meat Family Meal – $355 (feeds minimum 6 people)

Add sides: Mac & Cheese $27, Potato Salad $24, Green Beans $20, Corn on the Cob $20, Cornbread $16

Whole Smoked Meats also available for pickup: Brisket $195, Tri-Tip $125, Ribs $150, Chicken Thighs $95, Pork Butt $85, Whole Chickens $60
